Talanta

Digital transformation and user experience and interface design for Talanta: an innovative platform that connects young professionals with internships and companies willing to train and provide growth opportunities.
 

In this role, I had the opportunity to participate in processes such as benchmarking, user interviews, creation of user flows, user journeys, and definition of user personas. Additionally, I built a robust style guide to ensure a consistent visual appearance and a cohesive user experience in all interactions with the platform, resulting in the design of respective wireframes and ultimately prototypes, followed by thorough testing to guarantee an optimal experience.

Throughout the development of the platform, I maintained constant communication with stakeholders to understand how to adapt analog processes of the past to touchless automation, achieving effective digital transformation.
